These terms apply to your use of the apps and games published by Kyool Ltd ("Kyool", "we", "us"), including GCSE Biology, GCSE Chemistry, Flickers, Musiclue, Choppers and Mythical Creatures, any future Kyool apps, and the games on kyool.com. By downloading or using an app or game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or carer is happy for you to use the app and to make any purchase.
Kyool Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17432187), with its registered office at Blackheath Grove, London, SE3 0DG. Contact: contact@kyool.com.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. This is a licence to use, not a sale of the app or its content. For iOS apps, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
Our GCSE revision apps are independent study aids. Their questions are written to follow the published specifications, but they are not produced, approved or endorsed by AQA or any other exam board. We take care to make the content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that using the app will improve your exam results. Always check against your teacher's guidance, your exam board's specification and your own course materials.
Completion certificates are awarded by the app for answering its questions. They are a record of your progress, not an exam qualification or a recognised award.
All games, puzzles, clues, questions, revision notes, artwork, text and software in our apps and on kyool.com are original works of Kyool Ltd or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
Film, music, food, football, creature and other names mentioned in our games are used only to identify the subject of a puzzle. They belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply any connection with or endorsement by them.
We may stop access to an app if these terms are broken.
We aim to keep our apps working but do not promise they will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw an app or its content over time. Some apps need an internet connection for certain features, such as making or restoring a purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our apps are provided "as is" for entertainment and study, and, as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, or for loss of data stored on your device. If our app does not work as described, please contact us and we will do what we reasonably can to put it right.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our apps.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use an app after a change you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts, and if you are a consumer this does not remove any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
